Our Projects

Parramatta Square

Parramatta Square forms part of the broader $2 billion Parramatta Square development, which is currently one of Australia’s biggest urban renewal projects. The development is central to the vision of Parramatta City Council to build Australia’s next great city. TES Mechanical Electrical was engaged on this project to complete all Mechanical Services Wiring, supply all Switchboards and Smoke Damper Control Panels, including the wiring and commissioning of over 750 smoke damper actuators.

Barangaroo Towers

Tower 1 is the largest commercial tower constructed in the commercial development at the AU$6 billion Barangaroo project. Barangaroo is the most extensive urban renewal project in Sydney since the 2000 Olympic Games, with plans for it to become Sydney’s future economic precinct.

Together the three towers provide around 490,000 sqm of grade A commercial space. The 52-story commercial office tower is the tallest of the three with a façade with projecting glass fins that radiate from the curtain wall.

TES Mechanical Electrical was engaged on this project to supply 100+ Mechanical Services Switchboards and complete all wiring for the building ventilation and smoke control. This electrical project took just 22 months to design, build and commission the system.

Tweed Valley Hospital

The Tweed Valley Hospital project involved the supply and installation of 60 mild steel IP42 Mechanical Services Switchboards (MSSBs), wiring and termination of 327 HVAC components, implementation of Fire Life Safety Services with fire-rated cabling, and the supply and setup of ABB Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), including motor parameter configuration.

TES Mechanical Electrical also undertook comprehensive testing and commissioning of all wiring and MSSBs, along with providing Electrical Certificates of Compliance and detailed 'As Built' drawings.

Wyong Hospital

The Wyong Hospital redevelopment will consist of a six-storey acute services building featuring a new emergency department, Operating theatres, medical imaging department, more inpatient beds and intensive care services, clinical and non-clinical support services, enhanced paediatric services: as well as an additional 114 parking spaces.

Modcol

The Modcol Commercial Warehouse project involved the design, supply, and delivery of a 2500A main switchboard within a tight 12-week timeframe.

TES Mechanical Electrical managed the delivery of the switchboard in multiple parts, requiring on-site reassembly and comprehensive pre-energisation testing prior to installation. Despite the complexity, the project was executed seamlessly, supporting the warehouse's critical operations.

Crown Casino

Crown’s Resort and Casino Tower consisting of 72 floors, with 82 apartments overlooking the Harbour Bridge and Opera House and a 349-room, six-star hotel.

The hotel is located above the building’s entrance, rising from level 6 to 32 with its “sky villas”, reserved for the casino’s high-rolling guests, located higher up the tower between levels 67 and 69.

Apartments ranging from two to six bedrooms in size are located between levels 33 to 63, with the building’s oval-shaped two-story penthouse seven stories from the top.

TES Mechanical Electrical was engaged in this project to supply all Mechanical Services Switchboards and wiring. This electrical project took just over two years to design, build and deliver 50 switchboards and complete all site wiring.

Concord Hospital

This $341 million redevelopment project is still under construction and has been progressing rapidly since main works construction began in 2019, the new building set to transform healthcare in the inner west.

The building will accommodate Australia’s first dedicated veterans’ health service, a cancer centre and an aged care centre, with over two-thirds of the new inpatient beds in the new Clinical Services Buildings’ single rooms including daybeds for carers.

TES Mechanical Electrical is engaged by Climatech to complete all Mechanical Services Wiring including the installation of all Mechanical Services control panels and Variable Speed Drives. The works are scheduled to be completed in late 2021.

Sydney Harbour Underground

TES Mechanical Electrical successfully completed the Sydney Harbour Underground project within an expedited 12-week timeline, meeting the client’s requirements.

The scope of work included the supply and installation of fire-rated 4000A sub mains to power the existing essential services main distribution board. Operating in a highly corrosive environment and navigating the challenge of installing cable trays at significant heights with limited equipment access, our team demonstrated expertise and resilience to deliver exceptional results.

Mackay Base Hospital, QLD

Over 18 months, TES Mechanical Electrical managed the design, manufacture, and installation of 62 Mechanical Services Switchboards, tailored to meet the hospital's operational requirements.

The project included detailed equipment wiring and seamless installation, followed by thorough commissioning to ensure optimal performance.
