Our History
TES Mechanical Electrical, originally started from humble beginnings as Terry’s Electrical Services, founded in 1968 by Terry Jones.
When Terry retired in 1995, he offered control of the thriving company to his trusted team and four of his longest standing employees took control and continued to diversify and expand into its present form today. With this new leadership team, TES ME has gone from strength to strength and is now one of the largest Mechanical Electrical companies in Australia with operations in Sydney, Brisbane and the Gold Coast, as well as servicing Greater Australia, completing major projects in Darwin, Mackay, Townsville and Adelaide.
Master Electricians
In 2012, TES ME was invited to join the ‘Master Electricians of Australia’.
Membership accreditation required us to go through a stringent audit process of our companies systems including WH & S, training, accounting & insurance. We are proud to announce we passed and are now listed as Accredited Master Electricians.
Work Health and Safety
Our mission is to be the industry leader in safety management with our key objective to provide a healthy and safe place of work for all our employees. TES ME aims to effectively communicate and implement proactive safety management strategies to prevent workplace incidents and accidents.
Work Place Health and Safety is of the utmost importance to TES ME and is a key component of our operations. To assist in the development, management, and continuous improvement of safety across the business, TES ME has been externally audited and adopted safety management systems that align with the requirements of the Australian Standard AS4801.
